My name is Tyler. I like to do things. Right now, my life / mind is scattered about this stuff. Right now I’m pretty infatuated with this kind of stuff:

  • making ambient music
  • making videos
  • writing stories
  • taking photos
  • learning how to code (esp. processing)
  • fixing bicycles
  • running a radio show
  • +++

Most of all, doing some or all of these things in one big project make me happy. I think it is even better if I can include people in the process, whether just for a part of it, or for the entire project.

Coral Island EP

Remember that Ep I told you about? It’s done. You can listen below, and read more about it on the bandcamp page. <3<3<3

Hello people,

News update:

The ep is now 95 % done. Just need to re-record some parts and then stitch it all together. In other news, I am now trying to write a 50,000 word novel because it is national novel writing month (NaNoWriMo).

Hold me to it.

We are left yearning for the things we have killed, and “nostalgia assumes its full meaning” as we create ever more signs to simulate those lost things.

Swamp Eyes

Swamp Eyes

Hi All,

I’m currently working on a 5 song EP. about 63.4% done. I’ve been doing lots of thinking lately about lots of stuff. I’m not dedicating a ton of energy (that I use for thinking all the time) to my classes. Been thinking about my voice (not musically) where I am, my enthusiasm, how not to lose it. Blogging about it doesn’t really make sense here. So I’ll give you the track list for the new EP:

  1. The Departure
  2. The Sea
  3. My Companions
  4. Some account of the wonderful sights we saw on the great deep
  5. A Dreadful storm and a frightful wreck

I’ll post some more details soon.

***the photo posted is from the text that inspired me to create the EP. I’ll explain more about it later.
